Description
Grade 9 - Adult. Level 1 - 3. GROOVE is a part of the World Groove Movement that is dedicated to spreading the joy of dance in a unique way that makes dance fun and easy for all shapes, sizes, abilities and fitness levels. GROOVE is a simple, creative, and intuitive facilitated group dance experience. Since every ‘body’ is different, we believe that the way you move IS the right way and you won't know how you can move until you try. There is no need for a dance background, no choreography to follow, not striving to be perfect. GROOVE provides a yummy opportunity for you to get in touch with your authentic and creative self with music. Liberate your mind and body as you unite, celebrate, connect, play, heal and enjoy better health with our GROOVE community. Note start time changed to 9:30 AM. Certified GROOVE Facilitator: Hsiao-Wen Lo. 5 classes. No class 7/5. (8/2 reserved for makeup class).
