Loved by everyone from kids to adults, it’s more than a snack; for many Indians, it’s an emotional, nostalgic experience, evoking memories of bustling streets, family outings, and shared laughter.

In this fully hands-on cooking class, participants will make Pani Puri and Dahi Puri Chaat entirely from scratch—kneading and rolling their own puris, frying them to golden perfection, preparing the classic potato filling, and blending flavorful spiced water (pani).

Instructor Namrata Khemka, an experienced Indian cuisine educator, will guide you step by step, sharing traditional techniques and cultural insights. You’ll also explore the art of assembling Dahi Puri Chaat, topping your creations with yogurt, chutneys, and spices, just like in the bustling streets of India.

This fun, social, and interactive class gives you the skills to recreate these beloved street foods at home while discovering their cultural significance as a shared culinary tradition.
