Grades 9th - Adult. Would you like to surprise your friends and family with homemade gyoza? Join us for an engaging hands-on cooking class where you'll embark on an immersive dumpling-making adventure in a fun, social and interactive setting! Master folding techniques and two cooking methods: boiled in a soup base and pan-fried. 1 class.
Class Highlights:

Participants please bring: apron, cutting board/mat, chef knife (or any knife for vegetable cutting), rolling pin, medium size bowl.
