Grades: K-2nd. Want the ultimate athletic experience? Through over 20 sports and endless creative activities, Kidokinetics fosters movement to support gross motor development, hand-eye coordination, and confidence, in a non-competitive environment. Nothing But Nets is a unique combination of volleyball, hockey, badminton and pickleball. You will have a chance to experience different pieces of equipment and plenty of cross-body movement. Each week features a warm-up and stretch, an introduction to a new sport with age-appropriate skills and drills, an interactive game, and a cool-down that recaps our accomplishments. Be sure to bring a water bottle and wear gym shoes. Instructor: Kidokinetics staff. 6 classes. No class 5/14.
