Description
Grade 9th Grade - Adult. Sign language vocabulary, finger spelling and grammar are presented to develop conversational signing skills for communicating with individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. Practice conversation fluency and understand cultural aspects that influence American Sign Language (ASL). This class will be offered simultaneously in person and virtually through Zoom. Instructor: Brooke McCully. Materials will be provided in class. 8 classes. No class 4/30.
May 7th class will be ONLINE ONLY. And the last day of class will be June 4th.
Rec & Ed classes follow AAPS COVID & Health Guidance.
To participate in the online/virtual format you will need access to the internet via a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Your device will need a built in camera/microphone or a webcam if you'd like to communicate directly with the instructor.
