Preston Ridge Community Center - TriYoga meets every Friday 11:45am - 12:45pm.

This is a slow flow mat class. TriYoga unites movement of the body with proper alignment, breath, and focus to induce relaxation in action, vital energy flow and increased self awareness.
Please bring your own mat and water. Yoga blocks and additional mats are provided.
Active Membership applies before registering for class. This can be completed in person at Preston Ridge Community Center.
