We are excited to continue this grant opportunity for City of Alpharetta residents. Apply for our Think Globally. Plant Locally. Grant and have your wildlife habitat certified through the National Wildlife Federation, along with recognition from the City of Alpharetta. We have designated 25 grant opportunities for residents. Recipients of the grant will receive the following: Guidance from start to finish with certification requirements through an in-person class OR option for a virtual class. Certificate of approval from the National Wildlife Federation and City of Alpharetta, valued at $20. Rust-free recycled cast aluminum sign to display in their newly certified wildlife habitat valued at $120. Sign is 8"x14". 20% one-time-use discount at *** Starter pack of wildlife-friendly plants organically grown at Old Rucker Farm to help jumpstart your habitat. And an immeasurable amount of joy watching birds, butterflies, and other wildlife enjoy your new space! Anyone can create a welcoming haven for local wildlife. Turning your yard or balcony container garden into a Certified Wildlife Habitat® is fun, easy, and can make a lasting difference for wildlife.
