Description

Learn how to responsibly process poultry in this hands-on workshop. Your knowledgeable instructor will walk you through dispatching, plucking, cleaning, and preparing your chicken for consumption. Participants are welcome to be as hands-on as they are comfortable with, whether you just want to watch or want to participate in the entire process. Each participant will take home a whole chicken, cleaned, and packaged, ready to enjoy.
