Join the Women's Adventure Club for a gentle one-mile forest bathing walk and guided rhythmic breathwork practice at North Park. Inspired by the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, forest bathing is a slow, mindful walk designed to deepen your connection to the sights, sounds, and textures of the natural world through gentle sensory invitations. Following the walk, certified breathwork facilitator Stephanie Kline will guide participants through a breathwork and vocal toning practice to open the nervous system and guide you into a deep and lasting calm.
