---Instructor: Joanna Henry--- Create interesting characters within various scenes to gain depth as an actor. The focus will be on using observation and rehearsal techniques to help make a character more authentic. First, short scenes will be examined to determine your character’s objectives, obstacles, strategies, and given circumstances. Then, we’ll work on a short play where you’ll find what works best for you to develop your own tactics to achieve a realistic and thought-provoking portrayal of your character within the scenes of the play. This is a relaxed, fun, informative class on guiding your talents to communicate an authentic and believable character. All levels of actors are welcome.
