In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn to recognize and understand your fear, turn nervous energy into creative momentum through improv exercises in a safe environment. You’ll develop tools to stay present, trust yourself, and transform mistakes into opportunities for connection and growth—leaving with the courage to step onto any stage, or into any life situation, with greater confidence. No experience required—just curiosity and a willingness to play. Ages 18+
