Students will bond with nature in this hands-on, experiential learning class as they learn campfire safety, first aid, how to create potable water, how to build a shelter, and other wilderness skills! Outdoor adventures await on Albuquerque Academy’s 312-acre main campus, along with at least one field trip to the school’s 270 acre Bear Canyon property in the Sandia Mountains to put their new skills to the test.
