Students will discover the beauty and intricacies of printmaking through exploring relief printmaking – the form of printmaking used by Picasso – by cutting and carving unique drawings from wood or linoleum blocks, rolling the blocks in ink, and printing them on an etching press. They will experiment with various papers, inks, colors, and tools to create a one-of-a-kind portfolio of beautiful prints!
