Have you ever wanted to try your hand at making macarons? (The delicious French cookie sandwich, not the coconut classic, the “macaroon”.) In this culinary class, we will make 3 different flavors of macarons. You will learn a tried and true method of baking beautiful small batch macaron cookies with the ever sought after “feet”, how to make three delicious and unique fillings, and will get to exercise your artistic muscles as we decorate our cookies together. Each student will take home a half dozen macarons to share with family and friends!
