About this event
Instructor: John Karas is a graduate of the University of Toledo and has taught at Harper College in Illinois. He held executive positions in three Fortune 500 corporations before founding an international corporation, leading to many years of international travel. After retirement, he served as Senior Energy Policy advisor to a U.S. Congressman. Description: After almost 2 years of war, the British and Rebels were at a stalemate. Britain devised a Northern Strategy to divide the New England states (where the troublemakers were) from the rest of America. Likewise, they developed a Southern Strategy to divide the southern states from the northern states. But the Southern Strategy included a contingency plan as well.
