Zumba is exercise in disguise! High impact Latin and international rhythms which may be modified to your level. Please arrive to class on time so that you can complete the entire warm up. This is an integral part of your workout and will help prevent injuries. Appropriate footwear required - no sandals, flip flops, open-toed shoes, or bare feet. No class 2/20.
