Description
Strength Training focuses on improving muscle mass, bone density, and flexibility. Body weight and weighted exercises are used. Must be able to get up and down from floor. Dumbbells provided, but you may bring your own. Please arrive to class on time so that you can complete the entire warm up. This is an integral part of your workout and will help prevent injuries. Appropriate footwear required - no sandals, flip flops, open-toed shoes, or bare feet.
