This activity is closed to further registration.Ideal for seniors or those with neurological issues who can't easily get up and down from the floor. It's also a terrific workout for anyone to do in an office setting. You will improve your joint mobility, spinal alignment, and coordination. These exercises strengthen the inner core of the body from feet to hands, using some of the latest bone and fascia research. A standing portion for balance and bone loading accompanies the seated portion, while using resistance bands. Safe and highly recommended for students with osteoporosis.
