Join us for a fun, non-competitive group workout in a relaxed atmosphere. Bootcamp will combine higher intensity exercises with intervals of lighter activity. The class will emphasize core strength, flexibility, and toning with exercises for the core, arms, and legs. Bootcamp is suitable for all levels of fitness.
