Nurse Aides provide direct personal care to patients in various healthcare settings. Courses will be held in the LISD classroom with clinical instruction at a long-term care facility. Those successfully completing the program will be eligible for State Certification testing. This is an 80-hour course; times vary slightly. Call for a complete schedule. Students must submit to fingerprinting and provide current two-part Tuberculin skin test results.
