This activity is closed to registration.
Instructor: Peg McMcKnight. Fasten your seat belts for a meditation class like you've never experienced before, using vibrational sounds, (musical notes), that you can actually "feel" as they flow through your body. For optimum healing effects eat light before class and please stay hydrated. For added comfort; bring a blanket & pillow. Daily Drop-In rates available at $8 per class.
Receive a complimentary Tibetan Singing Bowl Session offered from 5:30-6:00 p.m. for instant calming. Meditation class begins at 6:00 p.m.
