Discover Vibrational Sound Meditation, also referred to as "Sound Bath." Simply close your eyes, relax and allow the vibrational sounds of Singing Bowls to take you away. It's like a massage from the inside out; and it feels wonderful! Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow and arrive 15 minutes early. Sorry no entry once class begins.Sub-Activities
