THIS IS A FREE TRIAL, SINGLE DAY CLASS.Instructor Tami Woodbury has been certified in this one-of-a-kind fitness format out of Canada. Defining Essentrics is simultaneous strengthening and stretching. This program trains the muscles to be equally as strong as they are flexible. In Essentrics, the muscles are being lengthened while they are being strengthened. The program is aimed at rebalancing all muscles and joints.
Bring a mat & light dumbbells.
