As part of April's Native Plant Appreciation Month (NPAM), our WNPS chapter will be sponsoring a NATIVE PLANT "HERITAGE GARDEN" WORKSHOP on Saturday, April 6 from 10 am to noon at the Arboretum's Jewett Center. A Heritage Garden expert from the Benton County Conservation District will be telling and showing us how to do it. The workshop participants will learn how to prepare their native plant gardening space, what kinds of plants to plant and where to get the plants. This workshop is free to the public, but space is limited, so you must register ahead of time to attend the workshop.
