Description
These yoga classes will improve flexibility and reduce stress. The classes focus on gently opening the areas of the body where tension is often held. These areas include the upper back, shoulders, neck, and low back.
Please note the new class time is 9:00 am, not 9:10 am as stated in the LG.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket or towel. Dressing in layers is recommended. Bring your own water bottle.
