This class focuses on Italian style pizzas and dough recipes with certified Italian Pizza School graduate Diana. Each participant will enjoy sampling of Italian style pizzas followed by an opportunity to make your own pizza dough to take home. Lab fee: $25.00 cash payable to the instructor.
