Foundations to Fluidity Level 1: Building Blocks for Mobility and Strength. Mo-bility = More ability! This beginner mobility class aims to improve flexibility, strength, and range of motion. This class focuses on gentle, foundational movements and exercises designed to improve joint and tendon capacity, transferrable to athletics and activities of daily living.
