Description
Experience a 60min mindful and engaging movement with Soul Flow for All Levels. Cultivating peace, calm, and confidence within your movement practice and in life. Awareness of the mind-body connection and quieting the nervous system. Create new muscle memory patterns in the body with a series of poses followed by relaxing in a self-nurturing Savasana.
