Description
Learn basic quilling techniques while creating 3D paper quilled daisy earrings. You will learn the quilling techniques needed to take thin strips of paper and create beautiful daisy earrings. Also learn about paper sealing options so your earrings can last for years. No experience necessary. Additional $5 material fee due to instructor. Ages 18+
