This beginner-level camp offers an immersive and exciting introduction to Mandarin characters and Chinese traditions. Through creative and engaging activities, campers will discover the beauty of Mandarin characters while learning in a fun and dynamic environment. From interactive games to hands-on exercises, every session is crafted to make learning Mandarin enjoyable and accessible for beginners. Campers will also dive into Chinese culture through enriching experiences such as TAI QI (太极拳), singing Chinese songs, and exploring traditional dances. Our diverse range of activities ensures that campers not only develop language skills but also gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of Chinese culture. Throughout the camp, students will have the chance to practise their language skills through themed Chinese songs that cover topics commonly taught in school. From numbers and colours to everyday expressions, campers will learn to appreciate Mandarin and develop vocabulary and conversational skills.
