If your child has a passion for fashion and dreams of seeing their designer outfits on the runway, then 'Fashion Design' camp is for them! In this introduction to fashion design, campers will explore the elements of fashion design and learn about the design process. They will experience life as a designer by creating their own “label” for their portfolio and learn embellishment techniques on acrylic and mixed media projects. Gain a sense of what it takes to be a successful fashion designer as you design your fashion illustrations with technical (flat) drawings, learn how to accessorize and take great fashion photos. After you create your fashion script, get ready to walk the runway in your favourite outfits for our Friday Finale! No experience required. This program is a full-day.
