Introduction to the teaching of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breath work) through six classes. This workshop format is appropriate for beginners and intermediate students. Yoga mat required. Option to bring a blanket for warmth during savasana (relaxation). New skills and poses will be introduced each week.*Registration deadline is seven days prior to class start date. Classes that do not reach minimum by last day to register may be cancelled.
