Description
Instructor: Cecilia Proulx Phipps
Learn to paint with purely transparent colors to create stunning paintings of flowers, leaves, sunsets, trees and more! No prior experience is necessary. Painters of all skill levels are welcome to join the fun.
Paint, paper and brushes will be available for purchase.
