Description
The tour and cookout at Tanaka Farms is a unique experience. Spend a few hours harvesting vegetables, then enjoy a farm-to-table meal! You'll take a guided walking tour around the farm where you'll be able to pick your own seasonal veggies in the field. Then, you will be taken to a cook-out area where they will prepare a lunch with seasonal vegetables, farm-fresh salad, seasonal fruit for dessert and bottled water. Included with tour is the cookout lunch, veggies to bring home, admission to the farm, seasonal maze and a visit with the rescue chickens! At the time of registration, please call the Walnut Senior Center at 909-598-6200 if you would like to request a vegetarian meal.
