Description
Experience healing magic from deep within and give yourself the gift of your own self-healing. These sessions guide you through practices to heal and nourish your body, mind, and spirit. Through restorative yoga, meditation, breathwork, and sound healing, students will learn how to reduce stress and relax the nervous system and gain practical tools on how to bring deep healing into their daily lives. What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. We encourage participants to bring a yoga mat if possible, however all supplies are available onsite. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Walkersville Recreation Center. Walkersville Recreation Center is located at 83 W. Frederick Street, Walkersville, MD, 21793 (inside of Walkersville Elementary School). Parking & Entrance is to the right side of the school, look for our FCPR signs. Staff onsite will direct you to our activity room.
