Picture Rocks Yoga (Ages 16 & Up)

Welcome to Picture Rocks Yoga, a nurturing and inclusive yoga class designed specifically for beginners. Whether you're new to yoga or simply seeking a gentle and calming practice, this class is the perfect introduction to the world of yoga. Our certified instructors will guide you through a series of foundational poses with modifications for individuals of varying ability, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
*We highly encourage you to bring your own yoga mat, as we have limited availability at our community center.*
