Chair Yoga is a gentle practice that provides the same benefits as a regular class. Posture and breathing exercises are performed while seated, standing, or with an aid of a chair. Chair Yoga targets those with physical conditions, disabilities, or any adult who find a typical yoga class too challenging. Great for yoga beginners.
