Ikebana is the Japanese meditative art of flower arranging. These flower arrangements are often in low bowls enhancing graceful and dramatic forms created by flowers and branches or natural objects representing heaven, moon, earth etc. The colors represent various emotional or spiritual components. Meditative exercises involving nature sharpening your five senses sets the stage for cultural immersion. Class includes a floral painting project. Approximate supply cost is $45-80
