Wade McLean Private Pool Rental July 20, 2024
The 2-hour Private Rental from 5:15-7:15 pm is great for exclusive use of the entire aquatic facility for private birthday parties, private BBQs, private family get-togethers, etc. Propane grills, birthday cakes, piñatas, and music welcome. Parties may bring tables, chairs, and additional shade; we do not provide any tables or chairs.
Online reservations Only. Registration opens on May 2, 2024 at 9 am, convenience fees apply for online registration. For questions call 520-724-5189. You must reserve a minimum of one week in advance of your event.
Maximum of 65 guests paid admission and private use of the pool. Cost includes lifeguards and operation of the waterslide during entire event. Private Rental host will receive 65 wristbands upon entry. All Private Rental attendees shall wear a wristband at all times whether swimming or not. No additional guests will be permitted into the pool area. All pool rules must be followed by all attendees during the event.
Please Note: There is no alcohol, tobacco, or charcoal grills allowed on the premises.
Private Rental Refund Policy:
-No refunds for any reason unless cancelled due to weather
-There will be a full refund if aquatic facility is closed for weather between 5:15pm and 5:45pm
-There will be a 50% refund if aquatic facility is closed for weather between 5:46pm and 6:15pm
-There will be a 25% refund if aquatic facility is closed for weather between 6:16pm and 6:45pm
-No refunds will be given for any aquatic facility closures due to weather after 6:45pm.
