This activity is closed to further registration.
A gentle aquatic exercise program designed for people with Multiple Sclerosis. Maximize mobility and strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. No swimming skills required. Please call 837-8059 for more information before you register. Class held in recreation pool.
PAST PARTICIPANTS MAY REGISTER WITHOUT PERMISSION. NEW PARTICIPANTS NEED TO CALL LIDDIE AT 837-8059 BEFORE REGISTERING.
