Description
Trail running offers a wonderful opportunity to explore and connect with the natural world while providing a fun and engaging way to get a great work out. Enjoy a guided trail run on one of Pima County’s beautiful desert trails. Learn techniques to increase safety and efficiency while maximizing fun on the trail. Along the way we’ll take time to learn about and appreciate the fascinating plants and animals that inhabit the Sonoran Desert.
This experience is designed for those new to trail running or runners who like to take their time. Elevation change is minimal, and distances are generally 3-4 miles.
Enchanted Hills Trails Park 3280 W. 36th Street
Park at the 36th Street Trailhead located at 3280 W. 36th Street, approximately 1.5 miles west of La Cholla Blvd. There is no water and no restroom facility at this location. Please bring water and sun protection and wear clothing and close-toed shoes that you will be comfortable running in.
