Tai Chi II:
Traditional intermediate and advanced tai chi floor exercises. Students must be an active student in either tai chi I or Northern Fist. Sifu David Neighbors has studied tai chi for over 20 years and martial arts for over 30 years. A member of the American Tai Chi/Qigong Association and the Tai Chi for Health Community, he is also a certified Tai Chi for Diabetes instructor. Website www.thewoodlandstaichi.com
