Kung Fu has been used for hundreds of years to strengthen the mind and body. Classes are designed for adults over 40 but all adults are welcomed. Traditional martial arts training including strikes, kicks, and joint locks. Skills are developed with traditional forms, reaction drills and two person sets. Weapons training is available. Sifu David Neighbors has over 40 years experience in martial arts.
Bear Branch Recreation CenterTraining includes traditional Northern Shaolin and Praying Mantis kung fu.
