Spend an evening in the kitchen with New Orleans native, Chef Will Nolan of Blacksalt Hospitality, who will prepare a delicious three-course meal of Southern specialties. The menu includes Duck Pastrami & Egg with baby mustard greens and zucchini relish; Peach Wood Smoked Beef Short Ribs with heirloom grits, collard greens and cane syrup smoke sauce; and Peach Tart Tatin with brown butter syrup and vanilla ice cream. Guests will enjoy watching the chef prepare and demonstrate parts of the meal while he shares stories. A selection of wines will be served along with the dinner for an additional fee.
