Whether you’re a cookbook enthusiast or not, this class invites you to have fun experimenting with recipes from a featured cookbook. Led by a seasoned instructor, students will learn techniques for improvising and making substitutions while exploring a variety of recipes to make a group meal. You may just discover your next favorite cookbook! Wine, beer and nonalcoholic beverages are available for purchase separately.
