Description
Active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Instructor: Yesika Flores
Choose which day of the week you would like to attend in-person class. If the option you would like is full, select the waiting list.Wednesday class: July 3- August 14, 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m.Friday Class: July 5- August 16, 10:00-11:00 a.m.The class you have selected will be in person at the Gymnasium, Takoma Park Recreation Center, 7315 New Hampshire Avenue.
