Description
Middle Eastern Belly Dance is a low-impact form of dance appropriate for all body types and backgrounds. Sessions alternate between technique with teaching basic movements and isolation through drills and combos to choreography, applying basic movements and combos to music, creating a dance. Come with a willingness to learn, laugh, and have a good time. Dress comfortable (yoga pants or dance skirts). No experience necessary.
