Why focus on just one area of science when you do them all?? This camp brings the best of a broad range of topics into one fun and engaging class! Fun and excitement is fostered by great lessons and hands-on experiments, all based on the National Science Standards. Campers will explore the natural world as they learn about rattlesnakes, birds of prey and plants. They’ll also head into the laboratory as they mix ingredients to create something new (think Oobleck, Gak and window paint)! Next they’ll venture into the sky and space as they learn about the moon and flight, and then they’ll travel down into the sea as they learn about air pressure. This camp will expose your young scientist to all that the world of science has to offer! Sample Projects: Grow-Beast Experiment, Wacky Window Paint, Super Bouncing Balls, Cosmic Rocket, Wurmz and Dirt, and Diving Submarines.
