About this event
This challenge is a fun way to become active for those just starting their fitness journey, or for someone needing motivation to move more and eat healthier! Registration will include the following: Challenge outline, hike training plan, fitness app rec-ommendations, freezer meal recipes, optional meal plan, weekly meeting/walk, and support from fellow participants. The challenge will culminate in a group hike (i.e., Manitou Incline or moderate hike near Denver) with a prize.
