Description
Adults, enhance your culinary skills by exploring various cooking methods to better understand heat transfer. In this hands-on workshop, you'll experiment with techniques such as sauteing, roasting, grilling and poaching. Learn the best ways to cook proteins and discover the unique flavors that develop using each method. And taste-testing is a must, of course!
